RoomUnity Fellowship June + July 2026

For summer 2026, RoomUnity is hosting a select number of groups in New Haven, near the Yale campus, as part of our fellowship program. As a startup ourselves, we want to pay it forward and support founders and entrepreneurs from around the world who want to be inspired in New Haven, with world-class architecture, parks, and eateries, as well as the energy of a major US collegetown.

Summer Fellowship Program includes:

• Mentorship with RoomUnity partners, advisors, and founders.

• Furnished housing in New Haven in June and July. Pay $0 in rent.

This is what you’ll need for your application:

• Founder(s) resume(s)

• Startup Introduction (e.g. Business Plan or presentation or video intro)

• We have a preference for startups with big ambitions

Successful applicants will receive an offer letter with housing subsidy amount.

Did you know that New Haven:

• Is highly walkable and bikable. "New Haven was the first planned city in America. [...] New Haven has a long tradition of urban planning and a purposeful design for the city's layout."

• Is the Best Foodie City. "Livability.com named New Haven as the Best Foodie City in the country in 2014."- Boasts easy access to the beach, mountains, and trails.

• Is innovative and entrepreneurial. Did you know that FedEx, Twitch, Genentech, and many other companies were either founded by Yale alumni or thought up and collaborated in dorm rooms in New Haven?
