Rent for furnished housing
In-building laundry 🧺, no trips to laundromats!
One-way door-to-door airport ✈️ transfer (from a NYC or Connecticut airport) to your RoomUnity property (Go Airport Shuttle)
Monthly cleaning 🧹 🧼 of living room, bathroom, kitchen*
Perks, like invites to events 🎉 with other RoomUnity Members and Alums

*Members are expected to and agree to self-clean in between the monthlies

TLDR: Newly renovated; same block as Yale Shuttle (Edwards x Foster); great bathroom ratio; parking spot + Tesla-charging facility included; fully furnished

Convenient start date options: June 1, June 15, August 1, August 17 (all 2024).

End date: July 31, 2025, with permission to sublet, subject to application, if you depart earlier

Pricing: $1,100/person/month and up for shared bathroom, $1,300/month and up for private bathroom option.
