Located @ 256 Edwards St(map it here), the Edwards House is an 11-unit building in the heart of tree-lined East Rock. The House is a block away from the Yale Shuttle Orange Line and New Haven staples such as Nica’s and East Rock Coffee. Units range in size from studios to spacious 2 bedrooms apartments with unique layouts and historical character. Units can unfurnished, and the photo gallery is a selection of photos from most of the units available. We currently have renovated 2 of the units, Apt 5 and 8, which are featured in the photos above.
Be the first to enjoy renovated and updated apartments, as we plan to turn them over in between leases! Off street parking is available for a monthly fee.

Edwards House is a block away from a Yale shuttle stop on the Orange line, which circles around East Rock and goes into the heart of downtown New Haven and the old campus.
